Community and membership terms
Read these practical terms before creating an account, posting or choosing a paid membership.
The community
WoW Forever Friends is an independent fan community, not Blizzard Entertainment and not an official game service. Reading guides and public discussion is free. A free Visitor account lets you post and take part in public community polls. Contact hello@wowforeverclub.org for support, operator details or concerns about these terms.
Accounts and conduct
Use an email address you control, keep your password private and do not impersonate another person. Be respectful: no harassment, threats, hate, spam, scams, unlawful material or publication of someone else’s private information. Share only content you have the right to share.
You retain ownership of your contributions. By posting, you allow the site to store and display them for community discussion and moderation. Public posts and display names can be read and indexed by others. Contact support if you need a contribution reviewed or removed.
Operators may review, hide or remove content and restrict accounts to protect the community. Signed-in users can privately report a forum post and block another user; blocking hides both users’ forum posts from each other and does not notify the blocked user. Reports enter a private moderation queue and are not guaranteed to result in removal. Memorial submissions are reviewed before publication. Visitor points are community activity indicators, not money or a promise of paid benefits.
Paid membership and availability
Optional membership is advertised at US$2 per month or US$20 per year. Check the currency, total and any applicable charges displayed by Stripe before paying. It renews automatically until cancelled. An annual payment does not accelerate time-based badge eligibility.
Member-only votes and discount offers are available only when published; they are separate from free community polls. Do not assume a particular offer, discount value, event ticket or voting topic is included unless its details are stated.
The current programme provides a Forever Badge entitlement after 365 elapsed days of paid membership. Physical badge production, shipping arrangements, timing and any delivery charges are not yet confirmed. Contact support before subscribing if physical delivery is important to your decision. Existing entitlements are not removed by this notice.
A planned conference is not a confirmed booking or an included ticket. Exact dates, venue, registration, prizes and any costs require separate announcements.
Billing, cancellation and refund requests
Stripe processes payments. Signed payment events activate membership; returning from Checkout alone does not prove payment succeeded.
Use Manage membership in your account to manage billing or cancel renewal. Access remains available until the end of the paid period shown in your account. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge.
For a billing mistake, duplicate charge, service problem or refund request, email hello@wowforeverclub.org with your account email, receipt reference and what happened. Do not send full card details or passwords. Requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights; these terms do not exclude mandatory refund or cancellation rights.
Game information and service availability
Classic reference records and editorial guides can differ from Forever. Verification labels and source links explain what has been checked. Send corrections through the site; do not treat an unverified record as official confirmation.
Armory lookup remains Coming Soon until a supported Forever source returns verified real character data. A launch countdown does not automatically activate it. Features can be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or provider problems.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy notice explains account records, public contributions, newsletters, cookies, providers and privacy requests. Optional newsletter consent is separate from membership.
