Contact hello@wowforeverclub.org for account support, billing or refund requests, privacy requests, moderation concerns and operator details. Include your display name or account email and a short description. Never send passwords, full card details or sensitive identity documents by email.

Choose the right route

Account access: use the password-recovery link on the login page. A reset link expires after 30 minutes and can be used once.

Billing: use Manage membership to cancel renewal or update payment details. For billing mistakes or refund requests, email your receipt reference and describe the issue.

Privacy: use the account dashboard to start or cancel an account-deletion request. Email us to request access, correction or a review of how your information is used. We may need to verify account ownership.

Community: use Report beneath a forum post to send a private moderation report. Use Block user to hide both users’ forum posts from each other, and manage blocks from the account dashboard. You can also email a link to the post and explain the concern. Please avoid copying private information into a public post.

Newsletters: use the unsubscribe link in an email to leave the active mailing list.
