Paladin PvP Guide — WoW Forever Friends

PvP identity

Paladin wins by trading powerful blessings, immunities and heals for the enemy team’s best moments. Classic PvP expertise is the baseline; Forever beta changes and the live ruleset remain the final authority.^{[4] [5]}

What to practise first

Build repeatable habits around cleanse priority, blessing selection, defensive cooldown order and melee uptime. Practise one opener, one defensive response and one disengage before adding matchup-specific tricks.^{[5] [6]}

Battleground and world role

Durable support, healer and melee protector. In battlegrounds, measure success through objectives, denied enemy actions and clean target swaps. In world PvP, terrain, escape routes and whether help can arrive matter as much as a duel plan.^{[1] [2]}

Race differences

Human: Will to Survive answers stuns and Perception helps contest stealth openings. Dwarf: Stoneform answers bleeds, poisons and diseases while adding a short physical defensive window. Undead: Will of the Forsaken answers charm, fear and sleep, while Cannibalize can restore health and mana after a won exchange. These are tactical levers, not a permanent tier list; verify final tooltips and the live class/race matrix before committing.^[3]

Build discipline

Start from the specialization pages below, then change talents for the opponents and objective you actually face. A build copied from a duel, premade or beta level cap may solve a different problem than yours.^{[4] [5]}
